In 1999, the capital of the bank increased by 1.6 times, the equity fund increased by 1.4 times and the fixed assets by 1.3 times. BANK ranks one of the first among the Kharkiv banks by the economic parameters, and by the degree of reliability it belongs to the group of absolutely reliable banks.

The year of 1999 was saw the growth of not only quantitative but also qualitative indices of the bank's operation. New types of operations and services to the customers were introduced, and the structure of the bank's fixed assets was improved. The bank continued to invest much money into the development of its technical basis , to providing high reliability of bank operations, and improving the staff's qualification. All this provided for keeping the quality of customer services at an invariably high level and helped strengthening the bank's financial steadiness.

Much attention is paid, as usual, to the improvement of international accounts and foreign-currency operations which were performed using the SWIFT system. Relations and cooperation with other foreign corresponding banks were developing, this had a positive effect on the quality and high speed of fulfillment of customers' requests. BANK is actively working in foreign currency markets in Ukraine and abroad.
