"Lutskplastmas" Public Joint-Stock Company was registered by the Executive Committee of Lutsk Municipal Council of People's Deputies on 18th May, 1994.
Collective investment fund of the Company is UAH 357,160.65. The main holder is JSC "Khemosvit", Slovakia, which possesses 5 881,617 nominal shares, which makes 82.34% of the collective investment fund.
OJSC "Lutskplastmas" belongs to chemical industry and specializes in plastic processing.
At present the enterprise produces industrial-purpose products as well as consumer goods:
- baling band;
- polystyrene threads for cabel insulation;
- polyethylene tapes;
- thermoplastic pipes;
- thermoplastic sheets;
- plastic items (pressed, founded, vacuum - and - thermoformed, blown)

Other fields of activity:
Besides the main activity the enterprise renders services on tool sets production, repairs and production of spare parts for tool sets; power supply to neighbouring enterprises, transportation services, construction and repair works, packaging production.
