is a specialized survey company established in 1997 in Odessa. One of the company’s founders was JSIC “Ostra”, the representative of PLC “Ingosstrakh” in Ukraine, (Survey Department was reorganized into self-financed private survey company, not affiliated with any insurance or broking company that allows to be completely independent in its activities).


Ostra Pandi Services is a member of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, the company’s system of management quality was certified by Russian Maritime Register of Shipping for conformity with DSTU ISO 9001:2009.


Our company is a correspondent of such P&I Clubs as British Marine., The Britannia Steam Ship Insurance Assn. Ltd, Thomas Miller Specialty, Lodestar, MS Amlin, Osprey Underwriting Agency, Carina, The Japan P&I Club, Islamic P&I, EF Marine, Norwegian Hull Club. We cooperate with China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Assn. We directly collaborate with Shipowners, Charterers, Shippers and Forwarders.
