Sands preparation for processing (trammeling, washing, clay removal), gravity preparation and bulk concentrate production are performed at the processing plant.
This concentrate is exposed to draining and presents the composite of all base minerals existing in ore sands.
Electric and electro-magnetic separations are special enrichment methods which used for selective extraction of valuable minerals from bulk concentrate and monoconcentrate upgrading.
The end products of the processing plant upgrading department are: zircon concentrate, ilmenite concentrate, rutile concentrate, kyanite-sillimanite concentrate, staurolite concentrate and quartz sand.
