The company was established in 1998 by privatisation of a state-run enterprise "Krivoy Rog Works of Mining Engineering".

The works focuses on production of boring and auxiliary machinery for mineral resource excavation and machinery for tunnel boring.

The first samples of boring machinery were produced here 81 years ago. Since then company's products are well-known in many countries for the products are exported to the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, India, Iran, Cuba, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Hungary, France, Spain and other countries.
