BILA TSERKVA DAIRY PLANT

Until now the plant has been the only producer for Sandae mix and shake mix for McDonald's in Ukraine as well as in Moldova, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Georgia.

In 2010 the Sandae mix produced by the plant scored the highest possible: 100 out of 100 by the European quality centre commission at the annual cutting (Germany, Munich) where all McDonald's European producers for Sandae and shake mixes take part.

In 2011 BilaTserkva dairy plant entered the top ten fresh milk producers in Ukraine with 2.8% market share.

In 2010 the plant received the highest possible score at the annual cutting (Germany, Munich) among all European producers for McDonald's shake and Sandae mixes.

In 2011 Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERPS) based on the Ukrainian national standardization system DSTU ISO 22000:2007 "The food products safety management system. Requirements for any organizations of food chain" and DSTU ISO 9001:2009 "Quality management system. Requirements" was implemented at BilaTserkva dairy plant.

In 2012 Sandae and shake mixes for McDonalds produced by BilaTserkva dairy plant were recognized as the best in Europe for the second time. Products by the Ukrainian producer won in comparison with the equivalent mixes produced for McDonalds by 15 plants from different European countries: Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Austria, Belgium etc.

BilaTserkva dairy plant mixes' sensory analysis scored the highest: 97 points out of 100 for shake mix and 98 out of 100 for Sandae mix at the cutting held on August 21st-22nd, 2012 at McDonald's European quality centre in Munich (Germany).

BilaTserkva dairy plant is constantly expanding the product range.

In 2008 there were only 20 its SKUs present on the local market, while in 2012 the full product line consisted of 75 SKUs. In 2013 BilaTserkva dairy plant is celebrating its first anniversary - 5 years on the market.

In 2013 the plant pleased its consumers with a number of product launches having introduced the new fruit and berry dairy desserts in compact glass bottles under TM MaxiFruit.

BilaTserkva dairy plant has ambitious plans to enter European and CIS markets.
