Our company began to manufacture equipment for producing and purification getable oils after we decided to construct a site for producing vegetable oil with the capacity level of 150 t per day.
It happened so that such equipment for small-tonnage production operations was not manufactured in the CIS including Ukraine.
Hereby, our company had to widen line of business and began to design and manufacture such equipment.
In our designing we try to take advantage of the experience of classic technology of producing vegetable oils by the method of pressing and new technologies in this field.
We constantly modernize our equipment using our own experience and practice and the practice of our customers. Every year we develop new specimen for producing oils by the method of pressing using oil presses, fire-pans, hammer grinders, extrusion machines. We have to develop equipment for providing efficient operation of small-tonnage production non-waste operations and energy saving technological process: boilers for burning oil plant waste products, briquetting machines for producing combustible, dryers for peelings, grinders for oil-cakes.
We try to receive maximum output of quality final product at all stages of technological process with minimum cost of processing of one ton of seeds. Currently we already have actual results of the sets equipped with our equipment.
We are ready to share our experience and help to choose the necessary equipment for the whole processing chain, normative documents and also assembly and trimming operation of the equipment.
