The scientific - technological centre of use of natural resources of shelf - STC "Shelf": catch, processing of fish, mussel; manufacturing of semi-preserves, culinary production from fish, mussel.

- khamsa of barrel or dry salting,
- fish preserves in various sauces and dressings (glass can 250 g).

Production is certificated and contains all necessary documentation.
