"Khmelnitskoblenergo" features the following structural subdivisions:
- Khmelnitsk southern high-voltage networks;
- Khmelnitsk northern high-voltage networks;
- regional electricity-supply networks of 22 cities and districts of the oblast

Total length of the electricity-supply network is 36 000 km., 35 000 of which are overhead electricity transmitting networks and 1 000 km. are cable power transmission lines. Number of employees is 3 500 persons.

Consumers: 31% are industrial enterprises, 29% are residents, 18% are agricultural sector, others make up 21%.
