The University is composed of 12 faculties, 65 departments, correspondent affiliate in Yevpatoriya, Yalta Humanitarian Institute, pedagogical colleges, gymnasium, physics and maths oriented lyceum. The number of students is 14 000.

The university is a co-founder of the Ukrainian-American International Institute "Visconsin International University" (USA) in Ukraine.
