Dunayivtsi Cloth Factory, Open Joint-Stock Company was established on the basis of a state-owned enterprise. In total, the facility has operated for more than 170 years. The factory has been repeatedly rebuilt, incorporating new land plots, buildings and facilities. At present, the factory has three major production departments: spinning, weaving and treatment ones. It also has a water supply facility, a boiler house, a sewerage treatment facility, electricity supply cables and transformers. In addition, the company has 30 hectares of cultivated land.

Main products:
- pure wool plaids;
- pure wool jacquard blankets;
- pure wool coat and suit fabrics;
- semi-wool coat, suit, dress, footwear, and upholstery fabrics;
- fabrics for special clothes with acid- and fire-proof impregnation
- knitting yarn

The company's annual production capacity is 2.300 million linear meters or 3.30 million square meters of fabrics. In 1999, the company worked at only 4% of its capacity.
