Naftogazvydobuvannya PrJSC

Naftogazvydobuvannya PrJSC is Ukraine's largest privately-owned gas producer. DTEK has a controlling stake in it. The Company develops the licensed sites of the Semyrenkivske and Machukhske fields in Poltava region, with 20 billion cubic meters of proven gas reserves and 2 million tonnes of proven condensate reserves. As of May 2014, Naftogazvydobuvannya operates 11 wells. In order to ensure commercial properties the produced gas is then processed at the Semyrenkivske and Machukhske gas processing plants.

In 2013 Naftogasvydobuvannya produced 506 million cubic meters of gas and 20,000 tonnes of condensate. The company has its offices in Kyiv and Poltava. In November 2013, the Shyshatskyi, Myrgorodskyi and Poltavskyi districts of Poltava region, where the company operates, joined DTEK's Social Partnership Declaration. In April 2014, the company completed the development of the 2014-2016 Social Partnershyp Strategies for the the Shyshatskyi, Myrgorodskyi and Poltavskyi districts of Poltava region in line with DTEK's methodology and standards.
