The founders of Ecoprod were Farmers Association "Agroservice" and The Western NIS Enterprise Fund (NIS enterprise support fund), a venture fund with $150 million as statutory capital.

- breeding livestock and pigs;
- harvesting, drying, storage and processing of agricultural products;
- services on soil processing;
- flour-milling plant;
- production of cereals, mixed fodder;
- repairing of agricultural machines;

"Ecoprod" CJSC is a distributor of machines andequipment by AGCO company (Massey Ferguson) in the eastern Ukraine; the exclusive dealer of plant production chemicals by such famous companies as "Dupont", "AgrEvro", "Novartis", "Monsanto", "Pioneer", "Kargill".
