Joint Stock Company "Ukrelectroapparat" is one of the leading enterprises in transformer industry in Ukraine and the post USSR countries. It has more than 50 year experience of successful activity at the electrotechnical market.
The enterprise was founded in far 1957 by the order of the Minister of the electrotechnical industry of the USSR. The company has a unique semi-centennial experience of manufacture of power transformers and complete transformer substations. The transformers and substations of "Ukrelectroapparat" trade mark are sold not only in Ukraine but also all over the territory of the Russian Federation (Moscow, Petersburg, Rostov, Samara, Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk, Yakutsk, Vladivostok), in the post USSR countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan), in the countries of the European Community (Poland, Czech republic, Slovakia, Germany, Finland) as well as in India, China, Iran, the United Arab Emirates and in the countries of the African continent.

Core steel used in manufacture is characterized by high parameters of the insulating coating, electromagnetic and mechanical properties; it provides reduction of energy losses in magnetic cores of power transformers and allows to reduce its dimensions. Use of high-quality grades of transformer oils NYTRO 11 GX and NYTRO 11 GXH with good antioxidizing properties and insulation ability, provides more than 25 year term of their operation without the necessity of any replacement.
The Chairman of Board - General Director Koskovetska Yevgeniya Stanislavovna develops a wide program of modernization of industrial sections of the enterprise. Due to the program large funds were invested in purchase of the new digital hi-tech equipment.
Thus, for cutting different kinds of sheets we use the newest systems of plasma cutting. To process complex profiles with different radiuses of rounding and big thickness of profile we use the equipment for hydroabrasive cutting. The application of this technology excludes the occurrence of thermal and mechanical deformation in the zone of processing and allows receiving high quality blanks.
The final part of the complex technology of sheet processing is the equipment of the well-known leader of FinnPower: a coordinate-revolving and sheet-bending press.
The main advantages of this equipment are its high efficiency combined with high accuracy of work and the opportunity of fast readjustment without any additional preparation of the equipment.
The production funds have been supplied with new LAE lines for corrugated walls manufacturing that allowed increasing the mechanical strength of the transformer tanks.
The cross-cutting of the core steel is made in an automatic mode using the newest equipment of "GEORG" company; the assembly of magnetic core is made under the "step-lep" scheme with the improvement of the magnetic core quality, the reduction of current and transformer no-load losses.
The painting of products is carried out by using one of the most advanced methods - the powder spraying method, providing high resistance of the coating to the various factors of the environment.
Due to the program of full technical modernization we managed to reduce essentially the value of the human factor at the production and the life time of production.
Also the system of complex automation of the production preparation was successfully introduced, that allowed to receive design and technical documentation in maximum short terms.
The quality of products is one of the most important elements of the strategy of JSC "Ukrelectroapparat". In 1997 the quality control system under the international standard ISO 9001 in the field of "Design and manufacture of the electrotechnical equipment" was developed and introduced at the enterprise. The annual audit performed by the representatives of certification center TUV-CERT (Germany) confirms the conformity of the system to the international standard. Since 2003 the quality system of the enterprise has been confirmed by the international certificate of the standard ISO of 9001, version 2000.
Functioning of test centres is regulated by the European standards to perform tests and to guarantee their high level quality.
The majority of products were certificated by the enterprise in Russian System GOST and Ukrainian certification bodies.
The cooperation with famous authoritative manufacturers of electrotechnical products (Schneider Electric, Siemens, ABB), use of high-quality materials, components, highly technological equipment, successful stage-by-stage performance of the test complex allow to provide continuous term of our production operation for more than 25 years.
